It was an amazing introduction to a long Chinese history and civilization. Great experience to be driven and receive information fro the tour guide.
Jasmine was very knowledgeable of Xi'an and customized our tour to meet our specific interests. In addition, when the weather did not cooperate, she was able to modify the tour on the fly. She is very personable and gives you insight not only into Xi'an but Chinese culture. She is very responsive and it was very easy to schedule and coordinate the tour. We will hire her again for another tour when we come back!
First of all Jasmine was great ... Her English is excellent ... very easy to understand ... we were 4 family members and had an excellent experience ... Visited Muslim Street, City Wall ... etc and finally Teracotta Army ... By the way we had a great BiCycle ride at City Wall and really enjoyed ... Overall fantastic one day experience at Xi'an ... All credit goes to Jasmine ... thanks a lot ...
I hired Jasmine as a tour guide tour guide during my visit to Xi'an. She was prompt in answering my queries before my arrival. She also accommodated my request to pay her on arrival at Xi'an railway station. Moreover, she also helped me in figuring out logistics for HuaShan hike. I would recommend Jasmine as a tour guide as she is punctual, professional and proficient in English.
Like most tourists we came to Xian to see the Warriors. As independent travellers we weren't going to use a guide but decided we should to maximize our time and we were so glad we did! Jasmine was amazing. Her English is fantastic and her knowledge of the area's history outstanding. Jasmine has an incredibly friendly and warm nature and enjoyed a good joke. (Sorry for our Aussie humour!). We planned our itinerary with Jasmine's help, visiting xxxx (which is not well promoted but well worth the visit), the Terracotta Warriors and the Hot Springs. A big day out! What was really nice was Jasmine did not take us to any shops (as some guides want to!) and she was even happy for us to eat on the run to fit more sites in. We thoroughly recommend Jasmine and her driver. (Sorry forget his name.) The driver was safe and the van extremely clean and comfortable. As we said we weren't going to have a guide - but we are so glad we did. Jasmine made the day memorable and really brought each site to life with her explain action of the history. She even went out of her way to explain other things we should visit on our while in Xian, and even gave us her number such that we call her at any time during our stay should we need an interpreter or travel advice. Thanks Jasmine for your hospitality. We have used several private guides in China previously and Jasmine is certainly one of the best we have come across.
