Upon our arrival in Xi'an we contacted Jasmine of Travel Xi'an Guide. She had been highly recommended to us by other travelers at our company. Jasmine immediately got back to me and arrangements were made for a tour to the Terra Cotta Warriers for the next day. Jasmine arrived on time with a smiling face, positive attitude and a warm welcome. The car and driver were safe and comfortable and made our tour very pleasent. It was a full day and Jasmine was very knowledgeable about the history and significance of all the sights we saw. She arranged the tour so that we missed the crowds and were able to get the most out of everything on our tour. A major highlight was eating at a "locals" restaurant where Jasmine ensured we had a pleasant experience with local cuisine. The food was great and the company better. Overall it was a great day and I would highly recommend Jasmine as a tour guide while visiting Xi'an

A great and wonderful experience in Xian thanks to Jasmine. We set out with certain expectations and Jasmine and her guide for us, Lisa, met up with each of them. Although the weather during our time there was not at all great, we were taken through the Chinese historical civilisation with such knowledge and enthusiasm. Our mandarin was not great but Lisa's English was more than sufficient to pass on whatever we need to know. More like a friend taking us through their hometown than a tour guide. Highly recommended.
Everything mentioned by other viewers for Jasmine was true to fact and I was very lucky to have her as my tour guide for Xian. I read about her services in USA but didn’t pre-arrange due to last minute trip to Xian, hotel staff was kind enough to find her for me for next day tour. Beside she speaks very good English and responsible, I like to add that her is very caring and flexible with her client. I travel with 2 elderly in their 80 and Jasmine always made sure that they are not too tired and we took frequent breaks and we are not rush by a schedule. She is super flexible too with last minute changes. When I found out our hotel doesn’t provide currency exchange service, I ask Jasmine if we could stop by at an ATM and she ask her driver to take us there. Prior to getting to the ATM, she offered us to pay our admission tickets in advance then we could reimburse her afterward. She is also very thoughtful for her client on the value of the money and how is being spent. For lunch, she took us to a local restaurant, she explains to us the local ingredients and what are the common dishes to try and she help us order six items and we only spent about US $20 for 5 people and it was a delicious and filling lunch. She told us, restaurants by the Terra Cotta Museum are for tourist and generally more expensive, she rather asked her driver to take us to a local restaurant which is only a few miles away. Also to mention, her driver is also very courtesy & kind, he always drop off & pick-up at the closest to the site which minimal walking due to our two seniors, sometimes is at doorstop of the facilities. Jasmine is the best tour guide we had hire so far. My husband & I had travel to China many times and we have Asian background so we know some Chinese History. Jasmine’s knowledge about the Xian is extensive and her heart to serve her customer is exceptional. For the two “E” in her service, I recommend her services to anyone who may travel to Xian or Beijing. Places we toured in Xian are Terra Cotta Museum, The City Wall and Muslim Quarter. A one day tour with Jasmine at 8:30am pickup at hotel lobby, tour was leisure and informative and no shopping required. Thank you, Jasmine for the great service. You make Xian, a wonderful & memorable place to visit and re-visit.
My son and I recently visited Xian during a week long China and Japan tour celebrating his college graduation. We could not be more pleased to have Jasmine Bai as our Xian tour guide during our short stay in Xian. She was outstanding, exceptionally orginized and very knowledagable regarding all areas we visited. She was also very responsive during the initial biking process and quickly answered any questions we had prior to arrival in Xian.
