Best trip ever. This trip was a dream of mine since the first news surfaced about the Terracotta Warriors exhibit and excavation. I've always wanted to visit the exhibit and was concerned about making the trip alone in a foreign country. I miraculously had a business trip recently scheduled for Beijing and immediately began to seek out trip advisor for recommended tours of Xi'an. I also checked with a girlfriend of mine who also recommended Jasmine as a guide. I made my own in country travel plans from Beijing to Xi'an and saved $350 for same day arrangements. Jasmine met me at the airport and the rest was a memorable day spent at the exhibit, Xi'an city wall tour and the historical mosque. A full day which also included lunch at a local restaurant away from the touristy restaurants. Jasmine knows this tour and is fully updated on the historical significance of each of the locations. Her English was clear and her sense of humor added another level of enjoyment to the trip. I arranged a one day trip which for most would not be enough to really enjoy the sites and history of Xi'an. Don't miss this opportunity of a lifetime and with a guide that is attentive, professional and flexible enough to alter the tour to your time. Bucket list - checked and memories made - a lifetime.
We spent in Xi´an 3 days. Our day with Jasmine was perfect thanks to her perfect English, her knowledge and her help for the following days. She picked us up from the railway station and drove to the Ying Ling mausoleum (the best and surprising visit that actually just few people know) and to the Terracota Warriors. Also we had meal in a great local and non-touristic restaurant. Our day finished with a wonderful performance of the ancient music and dance. No shopping during the tour and very informative chats. She was really nice during the tour but also further... She recommended us places to visit by our own and booked some restaurants for the following days. She offered us to call her anytime of our days in Xi´an if we needed something. We really recommend her to anyone going to Xi´an.
We travelled to Xi'an for a weekend (Friday night until Monday night) and hired Jasmine as our guide. Jasmin is very kind and helpful and (very important!!) knows a lot about the city, its history and all the lovely places it has. We liked touring the city and its surroundings with her. Seeing the warriors and biking the city wall ware certainly high lights but the evening with a local family making dumplings was great fun, the dance show was beautiful and short enough to even be endured by our impatient teenagers. We liked that Jasmine was flexible in her planning and didn't stick rigorously to her plan. Jasmine provided a safe van with a reliable driver and enough refreshments during the drive.
We spent 3 day in Xi'an and had a gread time. The best part was the day with Jasmine! She is very kind, helpful and professional. We learnt a lot about chinise history and especially about Xi'an history and terracotta Army. Jasmine known exactly what could be interesting for us. Thans for the nice esperience!!!
